The service is the best in the world the waiter was very kind and the food hits to the tea and the cleanliness is the best in the world and the location is the best for this hotel and the WiFi is also very nice and the stay is worth all the money.

My stay in chandys windys wood is excellent. It has all quality to have a 5* hotel. All the staffs in the resort are very friendly and polite with us. Food quality is excellent and different varieties of foods also available. I highly recommend this resort to everyone who's not concern about the budget. Totally it's wonderfu stay.

I had a truly memorable stay here during my munnar trip. They went above and beyond by giving a perfect corner room with the best two way view(tea plantations+city/valley view). Booking for my birthday celebration was a great decision, and the hotel surprised with a complimentary birthday cake, adding the perfect touch to the occasion. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
