Click Sunburty is situated right in the city. The rooms are well furnished and equipped with basic amenities like heater, kettle, TV, storage space. Rooms are small for accomodating 3 people. The drawback is service is lethargic which is expected to be top notch for such a hotel. We were provided with what we asked for but all these things should have been already there which makes the service better. Kitchen doesn't start before 8 or 9 am so don't expect early bed tea. The hotel ambiance and room and room size were good but lots of things needed to be improved. Staff are not able to understand very small communication issues. Food was very normal. No lift. No exhaust in the washroom, it is totally packed. Please resolve all the issues. right now I can give a 3.5 rating. but it can be better with small improvement.
