The hotel experience was underwhelming, with service falling short of expectations. I arrived late at night, and after some internal discussions with the staff, I was given a room that appeared to have been previously occupied. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned after the last guests, and the bed and pillows were covered in hair, indicating they hadn't been properly cleaned. The following day, I was moved to a smaller room, which was labeled as a Deluxe room, though it was only marginally better. ...more

Value for money. Stay was nice and staff was very supportive. Staff respond to every call. Only thing lacking is heaters and hence not suggestible to stay in winters
