Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare.First, we ordered lunch, including butter paneer masala, dal makhani, rice, and roti. However, they mistakenly delivered butter chicken instead of paneer. As a strict vegetarian who has never touched non-veg in my life, this was extremely distressing—I was so upset that I cried for nearly two hours. Had a pleasant stay. The locality is good but the entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow and confusing. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is good and helpful. The view from the rooms are good but not for all rooms. The food is average.

Terrible experience.Management of this hotel has made rules to cur pockets of customers. On last day of stay ,in severe cold no hot water facility in bathrooms n thus took bath with cold water at 3 degree temp. Mr Rizwan ,GM of hotel is an adamant personwho does not cooperate n has instructed staff to do same. In my entire lyf ,never seen such a hotel.I wd advice everyone to not book this hotel.
