No welcome drinks and beverages were given while they were promised to do so at the time of booking. Super deluxe room was not that spacious as described in the booking slot. Location is decent though.

Hotel Senior Staff were very rude, they didn't cooperate with me. Room size is very small and poor lift arrangements. Total waste of money.

Crestwood owner and staff were very coopratve. The family felt very safe staying in Creswood Hotel. The hotel location was convenient. The hotel and rooms were clean and hygienic. Overall, It's a good choice for family stay in Kolkatta.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Crestwood . From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. My room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed. The hotel amenities were fantastic and the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious meals. The location was ideal. I appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Crestwood for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable experience.

bot as seen in photograph..Room was definitely not fit to be double room.. bed was not even queen size... maintenance required for room no C7... uncomfortable smell inside the room... breakfast was not worth the extra amount charged.. I stayed only as I reach the hotel at mid night or else would have for sure not stayed in the hotel.

For the cost, it is 3 at most. You will find much better places at this cost. Additionally, didn't find the staffs (room service) very polite. Didn't find anything utterly bad, but was expecting much better experience.
