Staff behavior has been very rude throuout the stay. Esp, at the room service and the front desk. They hardly listen to you. And timeliness of doing things after committing was not good either. The hotel doesn't provide any aur condition/heating arrangements in the rooms or lobby/dining area. There are no power backup when there are power outages. Romms get darker and even common areas like lifts go inactive. I won't recommend this hotel based on my experience. There would be much better hotels in Srinagar with cheaper price.

well experience was really bad, hotel staff was really rude for any communicationbut i really don’t know how can someone survive in such condition without ac. and hotel staff ask me 2000 rupees to provide ac room such a pathetic hotel is this. after visit hotel they just try to rob you in all manner. i would say please don’t book this hotel and in breakfast service including rent they just provide 2 bread toast or 2 eggs omelette nothing else. i you ask something else that just said speak too yo ...more

Lack of management. Staff is busy on their phone rather helping the guests. No hot water in the room. Dead flies in the room and bathroom. Standard room does not have air conditioning. For upgrade charged me 1000 in cash saying there is no credit card machine. Staff kept the money to themselves. Breakfast is average. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
