Modern rooms, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine made my stay memorable. Prime location, stunning views, and top-notch amenities added to the charm. Friendly staff, efficient room service.
Minor improvement areas: Wi-Fi connectivity and parking.
Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommended for business or leisure.

hotel was good a bit distant from dal lake and laalchowk .
family room was big and nice but only have one washroom which is a big drawback and they need to work on their only washroom as the shower they have in it makes the whole washroom wet so they shud glass partitioned the shower area to make it more comfortable shower as the washroom is very big and taking shower makes the whole area wet and also the flooring is bit slippery and the wet floor compliments its slipperyness
plz work on it.
i like the whole family was inside the one big room very nice moment

The rooms were clean and spacious. They cost us for an extra person like every other stay in Kashmir. Idk what rule is this if there're no meals included and if we don't need an extra bed. Beware of the bugs in the family room. We faced an issue about them. Rest everything was top notch perfect.

no hot water in the hotel they have fixed timing for hot water in so chilled weather of Srinagar that to you will not get hot water in those timings, food was ok, rest all was ok.
