Very bad smell and untidy room and washroom is like hell my kids just do vometing while going inside and very bad behaviour of the receptionist and staffs and the most important thing we r good customer we don't appreciate this type of service as u people show us different photos and the room is totally different very very bad experience never ever go for dreamland hotel in ur life ,After watching the photos u people decide is it worth per day ,we will waiting for ur results..please take Action

there was no proper information about the booking and room details as it was pathetic of paying more than 3300 for such a cheap-less room. Nothing was in good condition. Very unsatisfactory and sad as it made my whole day full of sadness and unhappy.

most horrible experience
took two rooms ..one was not liveable
other was atleast manageable...but still linen super dirty, room super contested, old and stinking
balcony is tiny tiny .. difficult to stand also properly

The location is very good. We booked two rooms and got different types of rooms, which was very disappointing. The furnishing, neatness, and other aspects are much better in the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors, whereas the rooms on the other floors need to be renovated. It is better to pay Rs 500 extra for the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors. Disappointed with Room no. 409.

Highly disappointed. Total waste of money. they said they can accommodate max 4 people. But trust me the room can't accommodate even 3 persons.It was mentioned cot will be provided on request. But there is hardly any place in the room. Somehow managed 1 night by arranging a mattress on the floor.Coming to hospitality and management behaviour, it's horrible. I will never ever recommend.

The stay was good and comfortable. The hotel is situated beside the sea beach. It is nice to stay here.

Totally unhygienic and pathetic service. Only thing it is available just besides the sea beach. Instead anyone choose other hotel which is just 500 meter inside.

This hotel badly needs and upgrade and renovation. The room is very poorly maintained, walls had stains, doors are dirty. Bathroom is also very small and water seeps through to the room.
The only good part is the location, ocean is right in-front of the hotel and ocean would have been visible from the room if the glass panes of the balcony door were clean.
Service is okay.
