Bad experience. No receptionist available when reached for check-in and check-out. No hygiene. Bed sheet has dirt and stains. Soap or shampoo were not provided. No enough towels provided. Premises were not kept clean, full of dust and waste. Bathroom has no handle and main door lock was damaged to open. No enough privacy. No privacy. No hygiene. No safety.

Negative - there was no hygiene in rooms and gallery facing plantation view there were lots of insects and also bed was having hairs seems like someone was using it. I complained to manager but the staff who came to inquire dint want to clean the room. tv was not working and dint bother to fix it. I was asked how was the room when I was checking out . The restaurant didn't have veg options other than fried rice , Gobi manchurian and paneer butter masala. that too only available on first day for ...more
