overview
i recently had the pleasure of staying at the elephant passage hill resort in munnar, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. the resort's breathtaking location, surrounded by lush green tea plantations and majestic mountains, made it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

overall the stay was very bore and disgusting. as the pool was not suitable for use. we have booked the resort mainly by seeing the pool picture and ambience. but the reality was horrible. the pool was very much durty and full of algae. we have mainly booked the resort for using pool, as there was too many another resorts with good pool and all. also we have asked the reception team to make it clean but the said that can't be rectified. also they don't even switched on the filter.also they haven ...more

If you're looking for a resort with a forest ambiance, don't wait - take a 4x4 vehicle (preferred due to heavy hairpin bends) and go enjoy!
The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially the front office guys… their hospitality is truly beyond words.
Once again, thankful to elephant passage staff and management for the wonderful stay my family had!"

The property was good 😊 the front office staff were very nice very helpful the pool was much average it was little bit dirty specially shower area was smelling and Hi tea was served in paper cups it should have served in restaurant breakfast good

property is good but the hospitality is way too poor. i never thought to experience such service standard from such high rated property. for example : when i called restaurant to for coffee, they replied its rush time and so we can’t deliver to the room. then i called reception amd they arranged with their influence.
again last night i called room service to deliver paid dinner to my room, they denied and asked to come to dinning area. again i have to call reception and then they managed my ord ...more
