Awesome Hotel in the vicinity of Famous Dal Lake. Totally enjoyed our trip here. staff is very polite and attentive. Great hospitality and service. Food was too delicious. Totally recommend this hotel to any planning to stay in Srinagar.

We stayed at Eleven Boulevard for 2 nights. It is on the Boulevard road facing the Dal Lake. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained. The sheets and towels were also clean. On its first floor, it has all the food chain outlets like the KFC, Vango, Pizza Hut etc. The hotel staff is really warm and helpful. Overall our stay was comfort and pleasant.

entrances are stinking with smell of garbage.
food quality is very poor.
they say breakfast is served by 8 am but it is only served by 9 am as there was no staff in the kitchen. this hotel does not have a restaurant and only serves food in room.
service is pathetic as the place is managed by inexperienced staff who have no clue about managing a hotel. regret staying here.
breakfast options are very limited. toast, eggs, poha and parantha.
selling of rooms with breakfast is a farce. do not book room with breakfast as the price charged for the breakfast served is ridiculous.

my stay was wonderful.. stayed their with family. staff at reception ( naeem and danishta) were very helpful and made our check in process smooth. all rhe staff at hotel is very professional and will greet you with a smile on their face.

Breakfast was very poor and served at the room only. The rooms were very small . This was not mentioned earlier.

Excellent Hotel. Very clean and Hygienic with good facilities and in room amenities. Location is the biggest plus.

atmosphere was good. But Charging triple for the eatable packed items. charged @270/- for 80/- mrp rupee on refreshment item.
no welcome drink and refreshment availablity for child in comparison to other hotels.
