We had 2 rooms thought they were clean but had notable drawbacks, such as non availability of hot water as described by hotel . Bathroom cleanliness can be improved, Only once we got coffee / tea though we pay for that the service not available afterwards citing various reasons. Very good location and value for money .

only 4 car parking is available, we parked in some other place and tv / cable was not work for the 4 days, we complaint but they are not solved.

The parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for only two vehicles, and we have to park on the roadside. The rooms were not clean, and there was a musty smell. Additionally, the bed linens were so worn out that when we woke up in the morning, our heads and clothes were covered in bed threads.

Rooms are good , but the view outside the room is very dirty and the rooms are 3 floors in the basement, so very suffocating. Service is very good no doubt.

they have given me room at -3 basement which was very much horrible. room was smelling and mattress was also smelling and no ventilation of air
