the behavior of the hotel staff was not good. they often argued with us. for example, they claimed that breakfast was not included in our booking, even though we had already shown them the app and our screen as proof. despite this, they did not agree and we had to pay extra for breakfast. additionally, the cleaning was not done properly—it was horrible.
