Worst experience. Actual hotel condition and picture are completely different 1. Water geyser switch outside of room2. They provide you single single bed not double bed3. Room smelling so bad4. Pillow and bed cover not clean5. No room service even you will not get water

Bad Experience.Cons : Overrated, Overcharged, Disgusting rooms, Beds and mattresses are hard as rock. Rooms walls made of woods are decaying. It looks as old as 15 years. Pic seems to be clicked when built. The current situation of the hotel and rooms are deteriorated. Mall Road is 500 mts uphill. Rooms not worth more than INR500 a night even if there are no other options left.PRos : Nothing ! Don't get trapped by seeing the hotel photos

Location is good
Room is good
But the room service is not good.
Big problem is for hot water, geyser is always OFF.You have to tell so many times to ON .

Horrible hotel. No water supply in wash room from 7:30 pm to 6 AM. No towel provided during check in. Rude staff. Should not included in go stay certified hotel. Non functional geezer in wash room at hotel fennel red rose. No hot water supply in the hotel.Pathetic

The hotel was good although the room displayed in the picture was far from what we stayed in and the location of the hotel is not accurate. Hot water is only available in the morning for that also we called reception 2-3 times. No parking available.
