I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room was incredibly smelly, and to make matters worse, the power switches were not working. Basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and a kettle were not provided. The worst part was the strong spray they used to mask the room odor, which made the smell even more unbearable. Despite complaining several times, the staff did nothing to address the issues. I would not recommend staying here.

The room is really bad and it literally smell like dust in there. To mask the bad odour they were using really pungent and irritating room freshener.
The room is spacious but the toilet is not good, and they couldn't even provide a shampoo or soap.

we had a good stay at this resort for 2 nights. it was pleasant.. food was tasty and service was good . however, the 2 rooms we booked were small, with no balcony. both rooms did not even have a tv or kettle inside . other wise it would have been a value for money stay ..

rooms are not clean and bathroom also not neat. i payed 2500 for room not value for money. not recommended for familes. furniture were too old, mattress were not clean

A beautiful resort maintained very badly.No TV in STD room as mentioned.Good surroundings,nature
