It was a great experience staying here. Though on the first day they gave me wrong bill on my food order but immediately duty manager took action and rectified with apology. Otherwise all services are nice. Food spread is mostly Indian but good taste. I liked the savouries. Also special thanks to Koushik, Hussain and Rachana for the complementary gift and pastry. 🤗😄

The Hospitality was amazing, services were quick and the food was delicious. It is expensive but worth the money. even the spa services were very relaxing. Best place for couples and families. nearby inorbit mall is also fun to hang around

every thing was good , but we found much more varieties of non vegetarian food at dinner and breakfast , I insist more vegetarian food to be made available as it is all my guests opinion

The staff members were welcoming and kind. The food there was also healthy, fresh, and delicious. The gym had a lot of options which made it even more fun and beneficial. The hygiene and cleanliness was at its best. The ambience of the jolly Christmas decorations really was the icing to the cake.

Overall the hotel is good. Conveniently located. The Checkin at 3 is little inconvenient. Rooms nice, view is good. Staff is courteous. Food is good.
