it was a beautiful experience in this hotel. the only issue was with the doormat, was uncleaned. all the staff are very responsive and polite. cleanliness is also good. the hotel is near the sea beach however, the road is very bad reaching the hotel and too far from swargadwar. this is the main problem about the location. overall it's a pleasant stay at hgi.

Hotel Galaxy International was the worst hotel ever I've stayed anywhere, at anytime.
(1) From among hundreds of hotels situated in Puri, it's too difficult to locate my hotel.. Their number was unreachable most of the time. They even didn't receive my call during searching.
(2) The geysers of all the four rooms allotted to us didn't work until when we complained. There was no cloth hanger in one of the bath rooms and other was water-logged.

Hotel is neat and clean for stay.
Hotel staff behaviour is very pleasant.
Also rental two wheeler available in this hotel.

Wonderful experience.....Room was as per photos shared by hotelier. Stuffs are well behaved. Good and tasty Food (though little bit costly). Overall good experience.

TV not working asked for wifi same things internet not working very bad experience and too much noise from outside construction work please don't go any one very bad hotel.
