Worst experience ever. Staff is totally unfriendly. No cleaniness is there in room. Bedsheets that are not wsshed from last months are provided to guest. They turn off the ac from their own even when guest is in the room. Worstest experience i could ever haveThis is what i got .worst worst worst everSomeone will not even pay 10rs per day for this

Cleanliness is in worst condition . they don't have bedsheet comforter cover washed even we asked too change it they said we don't have spare one . spider web all over the room and they don't have subscribe chanel for tv and most importantly there is no wifi ..... We are not expected that experience we live....... it is totally rubbish

I am very dispointed that i choose hotel ganga gaurav. I can't even tell how the night passed.

Dirty Blanket
TV not working
No Dustbin
No Hand wash
Used Bedsheet or Pillow in which hair could be seen
No Drinking Water
No Wifi
etc.

I booked two rooms in a hotel named Ganga Gaurav in Haridwar. Reaching here realised that it was totally opposite to what was shown . Worst e experience I've ever had. The room was not clean, the bed and soft had termites, TV was not working, walls were having stains of paan, gutka.In case you need proof, I've recorded video and have photos.

There was no cleanliness no dustbin, the booking was not worth it. I felt like that i was living in dharmshala.
