The property is at a very good location on the north cliff, the most happening area of Varkala. All the good cafes and restaurants are nearby, so no need of in-house restaurant. However, they have a shared kitchen available for basic needs. The staffs are very friendly and always helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Varkala for a short stay.

we opted Budget Garden View room, it was bad choice and we didn't had an option to upgrade bcoz all the rooms were booked. Room was too small and bathroom is damn congested, you can't even take bath, water falls back into bucket. On top of it no hot water, they said common geyers supplies hot and water and it was not working. Am rating 3 only bcoz of location, I strongly suggest not to opt Budget Garden View room.

The stay was ok kind of experience.. the plus points were that there wasn't any crowding nor disturbances.. the room is located a lot inside that is from the helipad it is a long walk along the beach side.. since renovation was taking place, they lacked room services, TV, telephones, etc.. overall it was an ok ok experience..not so much a value of money
