A very good hotel for stay..Stayed from 13th to 18th June 2025..Ashfaq and quayum in the reception area are good. But the food is stale..THE CHEF NEEDS TO CHECK HIS TASTE BUDS...this is not the type of food you expect from TATA's Ginger hotel...

They provide me different room they didn't provide me the room which was shown in picture and they was not asking apologize for that after I call they tried to solve the problem after that hotel agry

worst service when called before booking they assured for jain food but during check in time they said at reception we give you what ever is available
one night our hotel room was spilled with water as there was some leakage in other room I would have been injured as I woke up @ 6.am we had to call so many times @ reception for any request
they charge for wifi
if you forget any shaving or dental care don't call at reception they will say it's chargeable not worth

rooms are clean and new. hospitality needs to be improved. no welcome drink provided to us initially. when asked, they made us to wait for 20 minutes. for ro drinking water, every floor has a water dispenser but chlorine smell was coming in that water and taste was also not good.
