I booked a non AC room expecting the cold weather of Haridwar. They provided me a very fungi smelling room and in the same floor repairs are going on and lot of debris around. On my request the reception staff who was least interested in work as they were full time in phone took their on time in returning my adhaar card said to pay Rs 500 for shifting to a ground floor ac room. I paid and got an ac room which is also full of mosquitoes.

Very bad management of this hotel ...!!!
The hotel service is very bad, there is a parking problem and the car is not taken care of at all in the parking lot..
Some tourist from the hotel has eaten gutka and spat it on my car. I have shared the photo.

it was a good stay, hotel location is near railway station and bus stand, making the commute easy, neat rooms, but few areas of improvement in amenities as in hand wash/soap and towel should have been better

Close to railway station , clean room and co-operation staff. Only issue is unclean and very old toilet.

the stay was okay for a single night at this rate. provided with bed sheet and pillow. but the washroom condition was not that good. got cabinet and hot water facility too.

We take a non AC room... bathroom was small,have no space to move freely.cyston was not ok...just one point tp charge your phone.mosquito and cockroach are inside the room...no space for hanging your cloth and all...overall staff behaviour was good but need to modify the room...
