This is a very bad hotel...and the staff of this hotel feel as if they are doing favor to the guests π‘π‘. The behavior of the hotel staff is very bad..The food in the hotel's restaurant is 3rd class...we were forced to eat from outside.
**Overall 3rd class hospitality label.

The person at hotel has the attitude,the room was full of water ,water dripping from the taps and overflowing from the bathroom,the dirtiest pillows.I was just appalled

Hotel is available at very low cost. very near to batasia loop. We were allowed to check in ahead of time. The room which was given to us was not cleaned. When we asked to change the room, it did not change. Hoteliers need to pay attention to the condiation and cleanliness of the room.

Overall best for family stays... They also provides car parking which most important in Darjeeling. I recommend for all who brings their vehicle.

all the room in this hotel is very dirty. don't book this hotel if you want nice stay. Geyser was not working.After many requests they didn't change bed **** and pillows cover. even the washroom was very dirty.
