beddings and rooms were not so clean and tidy , location is also interior in the street , almost 1.5 km from hari ki paudi so not so near to main ghat of ganga , overall an average experience

We had a very bad experience. We booked a triple bed room but when we reached the hotel they said due to some issue we can't give a triple bed room instead we can give 2 double bedrooms. The bed sheet was very dirty. Room service noon. In the name of breakfast they offered paratha at 9 AM.
As per my experience I say big no for this hotel.

Hotel doesn't have any restaurant facility of its own. Linen spreaded on the bed was also dirty. No Wi-fi connection. Jio TV was available but without sound/volume. Once given a jug of water and two empty glasses, no-one further bothered. Even after booking in advance, basic toileretories were not available, on arrival.

location of the property is okay.Rooms are very basic.
main issue with the hotel that I have faced is the owner of the property he is very rude and not at all helpful.along with that I have asked for a plate for which he has barked like anything as I have not bought the food from the hotel.after which I have thought of trying the food in breakfast which was pathetic so if this hotel is not providing food food how can I buy from them.not at all recommended because of the owner of the property.
