The location is good. The staff is also good and prompt. Rooms are quite good. Good choice for stay in srinagar.

Worst experience with this hotel grand osheen rude behavior of receptionist, when I asked geyser is not working he said "main kya kar". Main gate lock till 8 am, guests were very disappointed with this. Tv was not working. There is no intercom no restaurant or kitchen in the hotel even we buy food from outside they didn't give us cuttlery. No housekeeping. There was coaching classes going on in the hotel. No mineral water. Very bad experience totally disappointed. Totally different from property photos shown. Bekar. Agr star rating minus me hoti to main is hotel ko -10 star rate krta.

hotel is very good,rooms are large and clean.Best thing is all the staffs are very supportive.Very happy to stay here.. wonderful experience... two of our member is Senior citizens but they treated him like their own. Hospitality was wonderful........... If anyone want to stay in shrinagar must try this hotel.....

Grand Osheen hotel's location is very nice ,it is just next to zero bridge. Hotel premises are properly maintained. Bathroom is not properly cleaned .

It was very bad would like to talk to goibibo Can i talk to a customer care. They had no room and gave us a nkaeshift room in another hotel.. *makeshift I would like to get refund as the one I booked and one I got were different. Instead of automated can someone from your team please connect... It's important..
