place was really very nice but it wasn’t worth 7k per night, rooms and all were clean i just wanna suggest it’s over priced

room is very small for two adults and two child.look like not a 4 star hotel like a 3 star hotel . power cut is so many times we lift inside the time. very poor hotel don't waste your mony.

overall had a good stay, was was Friendly and helpful. location is awesome as it is situated at centre of munnar town ,easily accessible to all towns and bus stations, room was net and clean , breakfast provided was ok, it a bit costly for food and beverage so better to have that from outside.

i had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant served delicious food. every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. highly recommend!

We booked this hotel considering it a 4 star property but the serrvices are not even 2 star. the bedcover , the towel provided were torn. though they replaced it on complaint but i dont expect such a thing from a 4 star property. the bed was making so much noise even on slight turning. water from washbasin was leaking. just giving 1 extra star since they helped in getting some items when my mother got ill. but otherwise it was not a good stay.

First things first... Hotel is located right in the Centre of munnar with equally proximity and transport availability. Coming to rooms they are okish in comparison to the price charged..old rooms with very baisc view actually no view and old interiors. If ur coming to in ur own transport there many good options at this price range around town within 10 kms radius and if ur coming with family and dependable on public transport can go for grand plaza keeping ur expectations loan and looking for basic stay to sleep

Didn't adjust with timings when we reached late. food has strict timings to order but loose timings to reach the room. made us put a 5 star on Google. rooms are kinda okay though for the price

The Hotel is good though one might not have a great view from the rooms. Breakfast spread is also decent. The rooms need a bit of upgrade as they lack modern facilities. The beds are also queen size.
