there was no water in the tap

Its an amazing experience staying here. All the staffs of this hotel is top notch. Specifically Anjali madam in the reception is very caring and amiable lady. She takes care of my daughter very well.Definately stay here again.

it’s a horrible experience in this hotel… they are claiming that it was 3star property but there’s no service there provided… worst service ever

the stay was overall good but some things could have been better for example:
1. the lights provided in the rooms could be better as rooms were dimly lit even though you switch on all lights.
2. as soon as i entered the room i got a strong pungent smell. use of some room fresheners can fix this before a guest checks in the rooms.
3. the room in which i stayed had dirty windows. the windows were cleaned from inside but from outside it was dirty hence it was blocking the outside view.
4. the bathroom drainage needs to be cleaned as the bathrooms used to stink during the nights.

It was good stay. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They are very much approachable. The hotel is under construction.... The breakfast buffet was good. I stayed for 2 days. The hotel is quite interior but they provide a toto facility which is quite good. But please don't rely on the hotel for transportation outside. The hotel doesn't have a self cab facility. No ola or uber works there. Have to negotiate your own with the cab or autowalas ( they are very rude. Stay was good.

Hotel staff behaviour is good. Restaurant's food is good but limited options in veg.
Cons.: 1. Swimming pool is not maintained.
2. Rooms are not properly cleaned. Found dust.
3. Properly is older so you can find some minor problems here and there.
4. During our visit property maintenance work is going on so it causes some difficulty to us. Experienced lot's of noice during day time.
Paid 3433 per night, considering price Hotel is okay for budget friendly travellers.

Location is a bummer, complimentary toto service is there which is not active as the driver resigned. Rooms were not clean and found cockroach beneath the sofa cum bed. Pool was clean and well maintained.
