there were no bath towels, no floor matt, no toiletries like soap etc provided in the room. upon repeated request, finally we got only one towel. i paid the maximum to this hotel room in my entire 6 days kerala trip, but got the below average experience for this hotel. you should rather give me partial refund for my inconvenience.
