Gulab resort has given a homely vibe to our trip to kashmir. Especially the owner is very professional and very helpful. its more like a homestay. He also provided customized food. The room service everthing is good. They also provide electric blanket. We stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel owner mr. Bilal Bhai was very helpful person. One of my family member was seriously ill at midnight & need to be hospitalize. In that situation bilal bhai to help us and took us to the hospital by driving his own car and stayed there until patient is out of risk. We r really thankful to him.

Excellent service... rooms are good enough near to dal lake..But most important is Bilal Bhai,he is very helpful.Anything you want in srinagar,he will manage with affordable price. Bilal bhai is a Good human being.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels so far but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Owner and Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Every thing is so perfect, clean and well maintained, the decor has another plus pointsand the owner is so humblerooms have proper heating system even they provide me heating water pad and thermal water bottle.. rooms have one kingbed and a small bed.. both very comfortable with multiple layers of blanket and two extra blanket for body cover thanks will visit here again

worst hotel of my experiencevery bad smell, entire family staying at ground floor and hotel is on first floor, same door for hotel and their family, long distance 10 km from dal gate we had 3 night booking but we checked out in 2 night,this hotel is worst experience of my life.totally useless.

Mr. Bilal & his family is well mannered & a good host. His welcoming attitude is remarkable. Good for family stay. Located near Brein, Dal lake. Vakeel colony. Best way to reach from airport is catch sharing tavera till hyderpora, from hyderpora to brein rickshaw. Thank you. Mr. Bilal.
