We had stayed here for 5 nights a beautiful staycation with 24x7 hot water and electricity also they provide electric blankets it is also affordable with all facilities and services Highly recommended for family and budget Travelers

There behaviour are not good with customer they told us you had done booking so there is no that type of gusteure you will get and your booking amount is soo low

Nice staff and safe place to stay. Tasty veg food is also available on nearby dhaba.
issue is quality of hotel. it seems a very old property which needs maintenance. Smelly rooms, old bedding, pain coming off the walls, washroom dripping from the roof.
People are good, my room was pathetic. Only stay of on tight budget. Safety and security if not an issue

There is no property called gulzar palace its somebody's house they take you to different property called rooma guest house where it is very very dirty the toiletries were from previous guest balcony was filled with broken wcs fan and heater switch worn put and hanging
