Superb location. Serene. Nice cozy campus. Good food. But nothing closeby to explore. Just lush green surroundings and clean good roads for long walks.

Food is excellent, all boys and staff is very nice,neat and clean room excellent view of Arabian sea from hotel.. and the manager prem Bhai is always there for guests..

Worst ever!!!! didn't wanna give this one even one star. First of all its not in arambol its Tirkul which is totally different loc. You have to go 15 km which is in Maharashtra and jist because they share the pobox no. With Arambol they promoted it that way as Tirkul is pretty remote and you have nothing there no food joints no hotels no transportation and everytime you wanna come to the city you have to pay 2000/3000 for they hotel cab. They will offer as if it's free ,its not. And they wil ...more

Perched on a hill top....d hotel has a heavenly view of querim beach....d location and surroundings are calm nd serene away frm d city crowd and pollution. D staff are very courteous nd helpful. Food is okayish...nt much variety ....fish preparations are very good. Good place for a family get together and stay.
