we stayed in top floor suite rooms. homestay is located on the chatakpur road near sonada and at some distance away from the main road. hence it is slightly difficult to find and you need to contact the property to locate it. homestay is paradise for those seeking solitude and serenity. trees surround the homestay and you can view Darjeeling hills at a distance. silence take over after the sunset and sounds of different insects and birds create a mesmerizing ambience. room is small as can be e ...more

Owner allotted one two beded rooms instead of 4 beded family room in the ground floor though our confirmed booking was for one four beded family room and one two beded suite room (suite room alloted).Hotel staffs are good and very co-operative and food preparation was good.

It was a pleasant stay near to nature. Far from locality. Approach road was a bit steep but overall a good stay.

It is nice finding that place where you can escape from your busy schedule and relax. That's Hilltop hideaway for me. I had a wonderful experience staying here. Every staff member I encountered, from the amazing host to this awesome cook and other helping staffs,were delightful and eager to help. The room is very clean and comfortable,wooden interior is awesome. This is the perfect homestay if you are looking for a hideaway from your daily life. I would definitely like to come back again.

very serene and beautiful place, advising it for anybody looking for peace and tranquility!
this property is located on hilltop and as the name suggests is indeed on hilltop and a hideaway. The chef and the helper are too sweet and the food was amazing. The host nirupama was so good,she too Care of us and looked after everything. The experience was very very good.
