Very good room & Room service. Their Manager very helpful person, Location of the home stay is to far from main road & tourism area dal lake. this is only a one week point otherwise best all ratings.

It was a wonderful two-day stay for us in Hospitality home which has guest rooms inside the owner's house. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything that one expects. The owner, Mr Riyaazbhai, provided us a wonderful hospitality with useful information and guidance. The food was home-made and we loved it! The only con is that the place is harder to reach than usual tourist hotels.

Overall the stay was good. The checkin and checkout process was smooth enough. Hotel staff quite good and supportive, the services were very good. But the location was little inconvenient. Rest all was good, All in all it was a nice stay.

We family of four stayed couple of days. It is a homestay hosted by Zahoor Bakto family. They had taken care of us and all the guests well despite it being Ramadan season.. House has modern interiors and gives a pleasant stay , food too was tasty homely and tasty...

Stayed here for 2 days with my family ...The rooms , bathrooms are clean and nice, its basically home where you can have homely stay in Kashmiri style , not much to see around the place but nigeen lake is jst around the corner with walk able distance ...so an evening walk or morning ride can be enjoyed ...hospitality was good from Riyaz bhai , service was fast ....food was ok ...and have to mention was overpriced....standard rooms didnt have tv in rooms - suggesting it should be there , other than this place is good with service and hospitality ...........

Very nice home, decorated, clean and an excellent place in the city. Very confortable, good food at the home and not expensive. The home owner was very kind and helpful. Hope to return with my family, as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
