I had booked for "Ark Royal"House Boat.
I was allotted a room in "HB HONEYMOON".
The owner stated that this a group of House Boats under the name "Ark Royal".
Is it a fact?
If so, then the customer should have been informed before hand.
Whom should I believe after paying the total amount in advance.
Only solace was, the owner Mr Arif was taking personal care and looked after us well

I had an amazing experience and fully enjoyed the stay at Houseboat Ark Royal. The host was really great starting from check in to check out. He is an wonderful host with professional attitude and took great care of every possible help in experiencing the stay at Houseboat and exploring the Dal Lake especially the vegetables market in the early morning. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.
