Owner Wasim is very nice man...very helpful..humble...facilitate..all others necessity such as transport...shikara...bike rental..at very reasonable rates...Enjoyed my stay at his house boat...had issue that booked triple bad was available for one room while was booked for 2 such rooms...but in overall very hpy...thx Wasim....

1. Location is good near to taxi stand and restaurants.

Stay was so much comfortable with this Property, No hassle at all i faced with this Hotel , The property is really value for money and the ambiance is really great , Although Property is neat and clean , i would rate it as 4 star Rating to this property,
