    stay was comfortable houseboat and room was clean. just one negative thing is food was expensive and taste was average. i recommend this property to stay.

    excellent location, beautiful rooms, great reception couldn't ask for more. the rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom was very modern it is near to road easy to access

    Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Staff are friendly. The location is great with Great Lake view in the morning and the sunset. The home-cooked mutton is tender and delicious.all the service providers them arrangements tour all seight seen

    Loved it so much!! The staff were so helpful with arranging local tours in Dal lake and were such lovely people. All the houseboat facilities were good and it is great value for money. Would 100% stay again, thank you so much.

    We have recently visited Kashmir and stayed in Hardy palace house boat. The ambience is very rich and royal. The staff is very good and food was good too. We really enjoyed the stay there.
