An Amazing Stay
The Owner and the caretaker were very nice and gentle to talk to.
They were very helpful in every aspect, regarding our visit and travelling around the city.
The food was very delicious and the rooms were very neat and clean
I would recommend people to stay here and enjoy the comfortable stay.

A home like feelings next to home. very clean & spacious room. Very good ambiance. Owner & care taker found so so humble & gentle. Dinning room was in Kashmiri style which added more pleasure. Nasir bhai, the care taker really a very good human. His charming face made my day. location is little bit far away from main town / shoping place. Otherwise ok.

Nasser and Abdul went out of their comfort zone and provided their service. Food cooked by Nasser was awesome,they were honest at doing their job and receive great service.
One suggestion - just need this partial package to complete by having new home stays like dis in famous locations like dal lake etc. getting Icing on the cake (sone per suhaga).

The owner was a really nice man and it was an ausumn experience over there. The rooms were very well maintained and the house keeping was adorable. We would recommend it to all who wants to stay in a home away from home

No problem as such faced, but the location was bit interior, so only location was not good rest it was a good hotel. Staff was good and cooperative. And i felt like a home stay not a hotel stay..Food was delicious and of good quality and cleanliness was up to the mark. Nigeen lake was near by. The hotel is located on the backside area of Nigeen lake but not in the prime location. Lake view was not there from the room, but that room was comfortable enough. Not properly in the city, some isolated kind of place.
