The Most pathetic service ever i had! 1. When i checked in, the staff refused to accept my booking stating that there is no booking in my name, they do not accept any online bookings and if it was booked it might be in Bangalore. In spite of me showing the booking details, he was not ready to accept. Then i had contacted someone from the booking team and they had to explain the hotel. Location is heart of Mysore city. Hotel staff clearly knows tourist expectation .Very homely & ample car parking. Real Value for money.

I recently travelled to Mysore with my wife and we chose to stay at Mysore complex .hotel is well known and location is very much near to Palace and Zoo..which makes it a perfect for visitors...food we ordered was just above average but we chose to have dinner outside later that day...bit yes restaurant division is seperate from hotel management so as far as accommodation was concerned I have no complaints.. Staff are friendly and helpful..there was some hot water issue but it was fixed soon.overall a great stay.
