Mr. Irshad the hotel owner is a very good person. He looks after his guests very nicely. The location of the hotel is very near to Dal Lake. hotel room is nice cleaned. The bathroom is very nicely maintained. l would recommend all the travelers to visit this hotel. And thanks to Mr. Irshad for his support and comforting the guest.

we booked bedroom for 3 persons but there was no accomodation for the third person so we had to adjust. also there was no water to bath early morning

Please don't lie i m give u extra bed free of cost and we have here 24/ hour hot water available

I didn't stay in this hotel, Property is Not Hygienic or clean at all. pics of room is not relevant to actual. So I never checked in the hotel even I paid for 2 days stay

Hotel is best in budget. Irshad bhai hotel owner is too cooperative. I like hotel hospitality.

1) location is disappointing. 2) owner behavior was fine till the time of check in..after that he was not bothered and wasn't available. 3)Helper was polite . 4) rooms were not upto the mark.poor drainage system.

I haven't enjoyed staying at hotel Irshad with Family.. This is not a hotel but a homestay. Solo person can stay but bedsheets was not changed even if I stayed for 3days. you need to open ur shoes while going entering from first floor. Nature of the owner was good but with the family don't stay. On top of this review they will write bla bla bla, but before booking this see ur hotel or I will say homestay once.. very bad hotel.Bad staff behavior. Not recommend. No electricity backup. Whole night there was no electricity everyday.
