A very beautiful stay I had in this hotel. I took the deluxe room (204). The room and the washroom was spacious. They provided bathroom kit and tea kit. Also the interesting part, they provide a sanitary napkin which i never saw in any other hotel. The view from the window was amazing. If the weather is clear u can see kanchanjunga from ur window. It is in bhutia basti and with the main road so it is not a problem to find it. If u walk 5 to 10 minutes u can find sharing taxi to shiliguri easily. ...more

I booked a room (204) with a mountain view. The room was totally worth it. It was very spacious than i thought, they provided tea kit and also washroom kits. The best part i liked was they provided a sanitary napkin in the washroom for emergency which i never noticed. The location was nice, with the main road and the mall was also not that far, 10 minutes walking distance. From there you can also access the taxi to shiliguri, just 5 minitues walk from the hotel. The geyser and tv was working properly. The bed was comfortable. Overall a comfortable stay with a beautiful view.

In a crisp summery ..
- location very near to Darjeeling railway station.
- reserved vehicles drop you near entrance of hotel, share taxis will drop you at the start of approch road
- The support staff is helpful
- Most of your legitimate demands will be taken care
- Rooms are good( we were at the top floor hill view rooms)
- Lift is not available
- Breakfast starts at 8am
- Mall Road is walkable 10min

Very good hotel at very near to Darjeeling station. walking distance from mall , keventers, etc.
overall experience is very good.
Room service is not so good.

The services and amenities were so good. The room and Bathroom were so clean. We got the exact same room as in the picture.
We liked the environment, which was so peaceful and no one disturbed us and there was no chaos.

nice and awesome property, this is our regular property whenever we visit in a year we stay in this property only, and it's really awesome. The staffs are awesome and hygiene maintained.
