bilal bhai the owner of the guest house is really a very good person and his mother is also very caring.bilal bhai also runs shawl tour and travels beside his guest house so he also provide a sedan car for sonlmarg, gulmarg and pahalgam in good price.special mention for driver shafique bhai he is very good and caring

very bad experience with this hotel 2 night ke 4 room booking kiye the 1 night hi ru ke the . , bathroom me electric shock aa rha tha . in every 4 room. complain Kiya par kuchh response nahi mila. end me humne hotel 6od Diya.

TV was not working Charging socket does not work most of the time even when there is electricity supply And doesn’t work at all when there is no electricity only lights work

Average stay - Old Hotel seems construction.Good to stay if you travel in budget and explore Dal lake by walk ..

Rooms & bathrooms are clean. No service received at room. shop, shampoo or tawal not provided by them. For room service like hot water for children, need to self collect. Overally budget friendly. For 3 day stay they will not clean your room.
