This is a cozy place for someone who doesn't fuss about high quality services.
I would love to come back again and stay here. Have recommended this place to friends.
It would be awesome if they could change the curtains. They are too dark and clunky for a single room. Also, whitewashing the walls could help. Windows and doors needs dusting.
An immediate change that I would love - good coffee. Coffee here was really bad.
However, the people who run the place are nice which covers all small issues.
Sharing this review to encourage the owners for better business.

Property is not maintained. There is nobody in reception to take care of the guests when required. Room service is not provided. Cleaning is not done in the rooms during the entire stay period. Room is not maintained as the electricity board can be seen coming out wherein there is risk of getting shock, the cupboard provided is rusted so can't place your clothes, no place to hang your clothes. Waste should be thrown by the guests themselves. Overall a poor experience. Only if you want cheap stay without bothering about the standard of living then one can choose this.

worst experience I ever had in Goa. They are soo greedy that it will spoil all your mood just by staying there.
I have prepaid booked room from goibibo , this guy at the counter argued that they didnt get any payment and i have to make payment at the counter again, can you believe this guy!
After a long argument and stayed there,but all i had in my mind to get out of this s.hole of a hotel!

quite place and budget friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and near to Colungute beach.

It was a real good experience. The room was well cleaned and sanitized. Hotel staff is very co-operative. They allowed an early check-in and check-out.

I booked budget room for 600 Rs. For this Price range it's worth. Food not good. Staffs cooperative. They allowed early check in. At the time of Check in they Asked any of one Orginal ID card and it returned only at the time of checkout..

they are very rude and money minded people ..
hygiene is not their and food is very pathetic . they won't even provide proper breakfast.
