The room was not clean and when i reached location they told me they are not taking bookings and the room was denied , they do not provide any towels bathing soap and other toiletries including even drinking water was not there

I paid around Rs for one night stay at Kshetra ayurveda. The moment you enter you get old Tharavadu(mansion) feeling which is fine, but when I entered the room there was some bad smell, washrooms pipes were leaking, stained curtains and linens. No bathroom supplies, no drinking water, there was one common water jar on ground floor from where you can refill your bottles. For the price I paid the facilities were nothing and pathetic. Worst Stay i ever booked. The rooms are dusty and not clean. Broken chairs, very low lighting and dark rooms. Just one power socket for entire room. No Tv, No Hot water for bathing. The ambiance in the photos looks but in real its upside down. Every where it dusty and broken furniture. Even there are insects in the room which is too creepy.

We had a 1 night stay in the resort. I came with my girlfriends. It was a safe and sound place to stay. The receptionist was kind enough to guide us till cliff and give all necessary instructions. Rooms were clean and well kept. Its a budget stay hotel. It was worth the money we paid. A little maintenance would make place a better resort. But else wise we had a sound stay.
