Had a nice stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, and the housekeeping staff was very helpful — they even assisted with our luggage. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—centrally situated with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. A special mention to the housekeeping staff—they were extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to carry my luggage all the way to the rickshaw stand. Their support made the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for convenience and great service.

The experience is no good because there is no towel and toothbrush provided in the room. I have requested 3-4 times for these but after 5th time after 2 hours when I have asked again then they said, we have not provided these things for this room category. My concern is why it took 2 hours to explain this. This us over all bad experience.

the stay at kush ganga hotel was very good and comfortable. the property is near to har ki pauri and another of food joints and shopping places are nearby.
staff at kush ganga is also very prompt in response.
i will definable recommend this hotel if someone is coming to haridwar.

Location - close to Ganga Aarti site.
Accessibility: EXTREMELY POOR.
Although only 350 m from Upper Road, you have to walk through filthy streets and heavy human traffic. Reaching by auto is impossible (not allowed).
Absolute NO for senior citizens, with luggage.
The hotel desk, rather than helping us reach the hotel, asked for 550 rs for railway station pickup.Auto cost only Rs 150.
In either case, auto/car cannot reach the hotel.
Poor due to zero accessibility (by auto/car).
