good hotel placed in a convenient location in Haridwar near Balmiki Chowk..Mansa Devi temple is closeby..The hotel services were good and room and bathroom were clean. The Hotel staff were well mannered and helped us with the luggage as we kept them for few hours after we checked out. Overall good experience.

The poorest hotel ever been too...stinky room, poor room service and standards room are like small store room where beds are kept ..also you will notice bedding is also not clean in any room took 3 rooms all have same issue stinky like hell.. Big mistake.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. To start, the service was virtually non-existent. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making check-in and any requests a frustrating ordeal.
The air conditioning in my room didn't work, leaving me to endure sweltering heat throughout my stay. Despite repeated complaints, no one came to fix it, and I was not offered a different room.
