5 star for the location of the hotel. It is spot on at the Dal lake....between ghat 6 and 7........Very close to French bakery Bistro and Stream restaurant and other Punjabi restaurant.helped a lot in the stay. Arranged for all the cabs and in general enhanced overall smooth stay.Recommending for Solo and friend group. No toiletries to be expected.If on a tight budget, then even family can consider.

Hotel was at very convenient location. Owner named Imtiaz was very sweet and helpful. Superb lake view from the room. Must book hotel it is!!! Totally recommended. Hospitality

this place deserves more appreciation. opposite to dal lake. all the famous entries nearby. this property has even and AC. balcony with view. and room is very cozy.

stayed for one night, room size is big, location wise it is good, but at third floor without lift, and no kitchen facility, even for a morning tea one have to wait till outside tea shops are open. if one want spacious room and can stair upto third floor than can be booked
