Rooms were clean but little smaller . Foods were way too much costly and no entertainment present . Only 1 small tv is present which has few malayalam channels and nothing else . Hot water also not always available. Only 1 litre of water is given , no kettle or toiletries is provided .

the amount charged for food was much higher. some of the food items we demand were not served. dessert item denied to serve on second time.

location and staff is good but rooms are very outdated...no electric kattel ...they need to renovate rooms ..2star for this..even at night they switch off the corridor lights..never saw dis in any hotel. not happy with stay.

Good hotel to stay.
pros:
-prime location
-near to bus stand 1km
-cab service available
-good staff Mr. Dagulas, Prem and restaurant staff are also very cooperative.
-good room with galary
cons:
-hot water is not available all the time, limited access only
-if you are having small kid 1 to 3 year, then be careful while using the gallery as there are some gaps in grill design.
-No generator facility is available.
-No stool provided in bathrooms.
-if you are entering the first time in the room, there is a bad smell in the bathroom, so there is a lack of ventilation.

the beddings were not clean
they had hot water timings
no cattle toilitries were available in room
price is quiet high with respect to the room provided

hotel was quite ok but not like as i expected. ameneties was good but they should have need some reinnovation specially in balcony area. no air conditions was there. having wall fan in room was not i expected. but for was good and it was very easily accessible area

I have booked a queen bed room but they only provided a double cot ..when asked them they said this is the only available option and I had to book another room... otherwise rooms are neat and clean and staffs are so helpful
