Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We booked 3 rooms together under a single booking for 8 people, but the rooms were allotted at different locations within the property. The internet was limited to 6 devices and didn’t work at all. Basic amenities like the TV were not functioning, and the staff was unhelpful. Poor experience overall — not worth the amount paid.

Frequent power cut off, AC not working Location wise just adjacent to 2 Govt Liquor shop because of which you can not go outside

I have visited a lot of lemon tree hotels but haridwar I had really bad experience. first no towel in the room had to ask for it. after thar when I ordered it took three time for them to get the correct order atlast I was frustrated so I went with whatever arrived. lastly there is issue with electricity, complete blackout for atleast 30 seconds or more frequently. and finally thanks to Sachin juyal who is very polite and helped sorting out everything, giving 2 stars for him only.

very good stay. the breakfast was really delicious...there were multiple options the rooms were spacious and clean....food was amazing and as required...non spicy
