not up to the mark , this is a zero star hotel which doesn't have basic amenities , Zero maintenance on property ,
room - very old 1930 design 1/5
cleanliness - somehow ok 2/5
bedsheet/bed/pillow - 0/5 ( note they never washed )
swimming pool- dirty enough 0/5 ( never cleaned water is full of green color )
beware if you go with family if you have kids ,rest of the stay you will have to call management for hotwater ,because they don't have hotwater facility in this property , you will find best hotels with swimming pools in nearby choose wisely .

Had a great stay in Linda.. Very cooperative staff... Managers, Aditya and Patil were very helpful.... Only I felt room amenities like kettle, telephone extensions could be added, pool usage timing could be increased..
