The hotel was comfortable and had all the basic amenities. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the TV had both Hindi and English channels. The reception staff were very helpful – they booked an auto for us and even guided us for our onward journey. Overall, a good stay with everything we needed. Would recommend!

stayed at family room (4 bed) .
pros:
near to station
washroom was clean
cons:
rooms are congested for 4 person
no extra water bottle , only 2 given
everything else is chargeable , tea costs 40/-
no proper toiletories
for the price the room and facility is not worth , should have been less price or good service / facility
ac was also not effective in one of the rooms

sewage system not working in bathroom.fan running in full speed,no regulator,only one remote they have.pathetic lotus travels attached to it.Taxi stranded in between highway,so much harrassment..After charging heavy amount no satisfaction.Regret booking the hotel.

rooms were smelling bad. very poor maintanence.
could not sleep at night due to disturbance by staff. talking loudly. more over next rooms tap sound is clearly audible in my room.
