    *Tv Available But Recharge not *Toilet waters are running continuously *Door Handles & Locks are not working *No Air Purifier Available. *No Hot Water Available *Bed Is Too Strong Not that soft. *Services takes nearly 1hr after the call there have no Landline phone in the room u have to call from your personal Numbers.

    It was excellent, the overall food was very much delicious thanks to all chefs and all the staffs were very good. They also served us desserts as a complimentary meal. One of the best hotel in Puri..Overall good service..polite and cooperative staff for any help.Food is awesome taste of all like Oriya, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Chinese, Veg Nonveg, Sweets.

    Fantastic location. Very Near to Sea Beach. Very much cordial staffs. Very healthy food preparation. Positive vibes. #kudos devolina, subham, vicky. The safety measures taken by the management & staff is absolutely remarkable. Few of random guests don't wanna follow rules for themselves. In that case if the social distancing is enforced while getting breakfasts or buffet, it would be great.

    This is my third time stay here. Excellent property and great connectivity. The staff is very welcoming . The breakfast spread is huge, and they have different dine in options. They follow strict social distancing. Restaurant staff very friendly, they customize food as per you preferences and always available. Breakfast buffet is nice. Pool is clean and refreshing. .

    Super luxurious hotel at a very optimum price. Loved the location, open area, breeze throughout the day. A vast range of premium facilities like parking, restaurants, swimming pool, bathtub etc. Highly maintained. Loved the attitude of staff. Very helpful and supportive.

    The beach is just 3-4 minutes away and can be walked down. The main market and Jagannath temple is just few minutes away, autos are easily available from outside the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced. The staff helped to book car for sight seeing. If you come to this hotel, they will treat like a family member. Overally It's very nice Hotel .

    The staff at reception is courteous, polite and very helpful. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated with all modern amenities expected in a five star property. Food was delicious and mouth-watering. Both breakfast and dinner spread was stupendous with large number of desserts. Neat, clean and luxurious room. Delicious food. Courteous and helpful staff.
